Our Story
Atlas Collaborative was founded by Atlas Charles after more than a decade as a leader, educator, and consultant working alongside leaders who carry responsibility for decisions that shape other people’s lives.
Atlas has built organizations, developed structures for healthy cultures, determined strategy and governance, developed fundraising systems, and measured outcomes and impact. As leaders in their network felt the increasing weight and isolation of responsibility, Atlas became a go-to partner for thinking, planning, deciding, and acting.
Now they bring that experience into collaboration with Atlas Collaborative’s partners—leaders and groups navigating complex and uncertain conditions while making decisions that are difficult, unclear, and hard to reverse.
